How do I purchase a product?

Express Checkout

  1. Choose the correct warranty option.
  2. Choose the quantity desired.
  3. Click on the “Add to Cart” button to add products to your Shopping Cart.  A summary of your added products and the total amount will be displayed on the left side panel and on the upper right corner.
  4. When you are finished shopping, click on the “My Cart” button or the “Express Checkout” button to begin your checkout process.  For members, click on the “Checkout” button instead. 
  5. Please carefully follow all checkout instructions and fill in all required fields.

How do I change my order?

Changing Your Order BEFORE Checkout:
You may change your order at anytime before checking out by clicking on the “My Cart” button.  You may remove item(s) or change the quantity of item(s) in your Shopping Cart

Changing Your Order AFTER Checkout:
If you have already checked out (completed your order), please contact us immediately at support@wickedlasers.com.  We can change your order if it has not yet been shipped. 

What are my payment options?

Upon checking out, you will receive an instant email confirmation stating that Wicked Lasers has received your payment.  An email with your order’s tracking information will soon follow.  If you are still unsure of your order status, please contact us support@wickedlasers.com

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed.

Where do you ship from?

All our products are shipped directly from our facilities in Shanghai, China.

What countries do you ship to?

We are pleased to offer shipping of all Wicked Lasers products to all countries in the world.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address only.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Wicked Lasers products are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express with tracking.  The shipping cost for all lasers excluding the Spyder II Series is US$18.99 for the first unit.  Additional units will cost US$5.00.

For the Sypder II Series, the shipping cost for each unit is $39.99.   

How much will the duties and taxes cost on my order?

You will not be charged any duties or taxes.

What if I want to change my shipping address?

We can change your shipping address if the item(s) has not yet been shipped.  Please email us immediately at support@wickedlaser.com and we will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

How soon will I receive my laser?

Your order may take up to three days to process.  UPS generally delivers within 4-6 business days. This means that it can take up to 7 business days before your order arrives, although most orders arrive sooner.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Upon checking out, you will receive an email confirmation stating that Wicked Lasers has received your payment.  An email with your order’s tracking information will soon follow. 

 How can I track my shipment?

Within 3 business days of receiving your order and payment, an email with your order’s tracking information will be sent out.  Please log onto www.ups.com and insert the tracking information provided in the email to get additional tracking details.

I never received my product.  Is it stuck at customs?

If you have not received your product after 9 business days, please contact us immediately at support@wickedlasers.com

Wicked Lasers guarantees that your item will arrive safely at your doorsteps.  If your laser product was confiscated by the customs in your country, we will refund your payment fully and give you $100 for your troubles.  However, if you are not interested in the refund, we will resend your laser product and give you $100 for your troubles.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

If you received the incorrect item(s) or a damaged product, please contact us at support@wickedlasers.com or 1-877-952-7377 as soon as possible and we will investigate your claim immediately.

Do not return your item without prior notification.  You will need the correct return address and procedures.

 

Warranty Information:

Does my laser have a warranty?

Our warranty is three months for all portable lasers excluding the Spyder II Series lasers.   The Spyder II Series has a six month warranty. You can also purchase an optional 2 Year Extended Replacement Plan.  

Warranty will be void if the laser has been disassembled.

What is the 2 Year Extended Replacement Plan? How much does it cost?

With the new "Two Year Extended Replacement Plan," any damaged or dysfunctional laser resulting from manufacturer’s defects or workmanship will be replaced with a new product of the same model for 50% of its purchase price. This warranty will be effective for a period of two years after the expiration of its standard three or six month warranty.

To make things easier for you, we have created a uniform pricing plan for the 2 year ERP.  For all portable lasers excluding the Spyder Series, the 2 year ERP will cost only $19.99.  For all Spyder Series portable lasers, the 2 year ERP will cost $99.99.

What should I do if my laser breaks during my warranty?

If your laser breaks due to manufacturing defects and craftsmanship within your warranty period, please contact us at support@wickedlasers.com.

Return & Refund Policy:

What if I am not satisfied with your product?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return this product to us within 7 days of receiving your product.  Upon receiving your returned product, you will receive a full refund minus all shipping costs.

I want something more powerful.  Can I upgrade?

You are allowed to upgrade your portable laser within 7 days of receiving your package.  Please send all upgrade requests to support@wickedlasers.com with the subject stating “UPGRADE”. 

How do I return an item?

Do not return your item without prior notification.  You will need the correct return address and procedures.

You have to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before you send your return back to us. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RMA number. Email us at support@wickedlasers.com to obtain a RMA number, correct return address and return procedures.
