Dear Wicked Lasers Customer,

In order to better serve you in a timely fashion, we've redesigned our support system to better handle the overwhelming number of requests we are getting.

From now on, we will not create tickets automatically from emails. Instead all support requests must be initiated from our support suite. You will receive an email once you file a support request and we will handle your issue via the ticket.

Please do not send random emails to support@wickedlasers.com asking for support. We simply can not handle the load in such random fashion. Often times, multiple emails are sent for the same issue. This has caused a major headache for us and you.

Register a new account to submit new or view existing tickets. Starting from August 16, 2010, all users are required to register before submitting support requests.
